Hướng dẫn giải

1. Over 7 billion.

2. He said that the population growth rates in some parts of the world are not the same. The population grows more quickly in some parts of the world than others.

3.The reason for a fall in the death rates is the improvement of public health services and medical care.

4. They  are shortage of foods, lack of hospitals and schools, illiteracy, and poor living conditions.

5. The expert offered 4 solutions. They are

- to educate people and make them aware of the danger of having more children

- to provide safe, inexpensive birth-control methods

- to strictly implement a family planning policy

- to exercise strict and fair reward and punishment policies.

Tạm dịch: 

1. Theo các chuyên gia, đến năm 2015 dân số thế giới là bao nhiêu?

=> Hơn 7 tỉ.

2. Chuyên gia nói gì về tỉ lệ phát triển dân số ở một số nơi trên thế giới?

=> Ông nói rằng tỉ lệ tăng trưởng dân số thế giới ở các nơi khác nhau trên thế giới không giống nhau. Dân số phát triển ở một số nơi nhanh hơn nơi khác. 

3. Theo chuyên gia, vì sao tỉ lệ tử vong giảm?

=> Nguyên nhân là do giảm tỷ lệ tử vong là cải thiện dịch vụ sức khỏe cộng đồng và chăm sóc y tế.

4. Theo chuyên gia, sự bùng nổ dân số gây ra vấn đề gì cho thế giới, đặc biệt là các nưởc đang phát triển?

=> Đó là sự thiếu thức ăn, thiếu bệnh viện và trường học, mù chữ và điều kiện sống nghèo nàn.

5. Chuyên gia đã đưa ra bao nhiêu giải pháp và những giải pháp đó là gì?

=> Chuyên gia đưa ra 4 giái pháp. Đó là 

- giáo dục con người và làm cho họ ý thức được mối nguy hiểm khi có nhiều con hơn

- cung cấp biện pháp kiểm soát tỉ lệ sinh an toàn và không tốn kém

- thực hiện nghiêm chính sách kế hoạch hóa gia đình

- thực hiện các chính sách thưởng phạt công bằng và nghiêm minh.
