     Vịnh Hạ Long, thuộc tỉnh Quảng Ninh của Việt Nam, được UNESCO công nhận là di sản thế giới vào năm 1994. Qua nhiều năm, vịnh Hạ Long đã thu hút đông đảo du khách đến đây thường thức cảnh đẹp choáng ngợp và trải nghiệm nhiều hoạt động khác nhau.

     Vịnh Hạ Long nổi tiếng với cảnh quan tuyệt đẹp. Nhờ có hàng nghìn vách đá và hang động nhô lên khỏi mặt nước, vịnh Hạ Long đã giành được sự công nhận của quốc tế. Khi khám phá địa danh hùng vĩ này, du khách luôn bị bất ngờ.

     Những chuyến du lịch trên biển rất phổ biến ở vịnh Hạ Long. Có nhiều tuyến đường biển khác nhau, vì thế du khách có thể ghé thăm nhiều hang động, trải nghiệm văn hoá địa phương và cuộc sống trên biển. Theo cách đó, một chuyến đi có thể kéo dài vài giờ đến một ngày, thậm chí cả một đêm trên thuyền, mang lại cho du khách một trải nghiệm thực sự ấn tượng.

     Nghệ thuật ẩm thực của vịnh Hạ Long thể hiện một sự lôi cuốn nữa đối với du khách. Nơi này nổi tiếng với hải sản tươi sống như cua, tôm và trai biển. Chuyến du lịch tới vịnh Hạ Long không thể trọn vẹn nếu du khách chưa nếm thử các món ăn đúng kiểu địa phương được phục vụ ở nhiều nhà hàng trong vùng.

     Du khách có thể đi lại và thăm thú nhiều nơi ở vịnh Hạ Long với giá cả phải chăng. Họ có thể tiết kiệm tiền do ở đây có các khách sạn và những chuyến đi biển giá rẻ. Cũng có nhiều lựa chọn cho những người có tiền du lịch rủng rỉnh hơn. Họ có thể tận hưởng sự thoải mái và tinh tế của các khách sạn năm sao và những con tàu du lịch biển sang trọng.

     Trải nghiệm của các du khách đến thăm vịnh Hạ Long có phần khác nhau. Một vài người có thể nhớ họ đã thức dậy ngắm mặt trời mọc giữa các vách đá, các hòn đảo nhỏ hay hang động. Một số khác có thể không bao giờ quên đã dùng bữa tối trong hang hoặc ngắm một cảnh đẹp đến nín thở từ đỉnh núi cao nhìn xuống vịnh. Tuy nhiên, tất cả đều sẽ có ấn tượng với những ký ức không thể nào quên về chuyến du lịch tới vịnh Hạ Long.

→ I would like to visit Tu Due's Tomb because I am quite fascinated by the nice description of it. The tomb is set in a poetic scenery of a pine forest and a magnificent lake. I know that the King was also a poet. He wanted to crcate a romantic landscape around him, so that he could enjoy sightseeing and making peom. Visitors who come here often have strong impression on Xung Khiêm Ta (Xung Khiêm Pavilion), built on the lake and often surrounded by the pink lotus in summer. That's why many travel bloggers have written beautiful words for the tomb.

2. Work in groups. Imagine that you have one day to explore Hue. Which attractions would you visit? Discuss and decide on two places you all want to see.   • C: It sounds great! I'm thinking about one more attraction. Why don't we visit Thien Mu Pagoda. It is a sacred place in Hue, and I think it would be a good chance for us to say prayers for the ones we love. The pagoda is on the same route. On the way going back to the city, we can visit the pagoda.
  • A: It wouldn't be better. I lope we can have a nice time in Hue.

Making suggestions (Nói lời đề nghị)

- Có nhiều cách để nói lời đề nghị:

a. Suggest

- Suggest + noun phrase:

  • Chúng ta có thể dùng một cụm danh từ làm tân ngữ cho động từ suggest. Ví dụ:
    • Can you suggest a more effective method of learning English?
    • Can you suggest a good restaurant in the centre of the city?

- Suggest + V-ing:

  • Chúng ta có thể dùng suggest với một động từ chia ở dạng tiếp diễn V-ing khi chúng ta muốn đề cập đến hành động chứ không phải chủ thể của hành động đó vì hành động đó sẽ được hiểu theo ngữ cảnh. Ví dụ:
    • I suggest going fishing at the weekend Then the weather will be warm enough from to go out.
    • I d like to suggest visiting Quoc Hoc High School.

- Suggest + that clause:

  • Khi chúng ta đề nghị một hành động với ai đó, chúng ta có thể dùng suggest kèm theo một mệnh đề bắt đầu bằng that. Ở những tình huống thân mật, that thường được bỏ đi. Ví dụ:
    • I suggest (that) you go to the airport earlier them usual. The road is broken now. It’s hard for you to get through.
    • I suggest we stroll a bit before returning home.

b. Shall

  • Chúng ta dùng shall I và shall we đề nói lời đề nghị. Ví dụ:
    • Shall I come again tomorrow?
    • Shall we go to I he movies tonight?

c. How about + noun phrase/V-ing

  • Trong giao tiếp thân mật, chúng ta thường dùng How about + noun phrase hoặc How about + V-ing để nói lời đề nghị. Ví dụ:
    • How about some more rice, Mai?
    • How about going out for an ice-cream?
  • Chúng ta cũng có thê dùng What about + V-ing đê đề nghị, gợi ý ai làm gì. Ví dụ:
    • What about opening the present now?

d. Let’s & Let’s not

  • Chúng ta dùng let's (let us) để đề nghị ai cùng làm một việc nào đó với mình. Ví dụ: 
    • Let's plant some trees around I he house. We need green shade.
    • Let s talk about if seriously!
  • Let's not là dạng phủ định của let's. Ví dụ:
    • Let’s  not argue about it.
    • Let’s not eat too much salt and sugar.

e. Why not... & Why don’t... + V (infinitive without to)

  • Chúng ta dùng Why not để đưa ra một lời đề nghị chung chung. Ví dụ: 
    • Why not spend some money on these beautiful clothes!
    • Why not treat yourself better everyday!
  • Chúng ta dùng Why don't... để đề nghị một việc làm cụ thể. Ví dụ:
    • Why don't you take a rest after a hard day s work?
    • Why don't we tell her I he truth?

f. What do you think about + V-ing

  • Chúng ta dùng What do you think about + V-ing để đề nghị ai cùng làm một việc nào đó với mình. Ví dụ:
    • What do you think about going lo I he swimming pool?
    • What do think about making some good cakes for that little girl?

g. Wouldn’t it be better to + V (infinitive)?

  • Chúng ta dùng Wouldn’t it he better to ... ? để thuyết phục ai đó làm gì. Ví dụ:
    • Wouldn’t  it be better to help out and lend a hand for the community ?
    • Wouldn’t  if be belief to keep the surroundings clean and green?

3. Work in groups. Choose a cultural or natural site you think your class would like to explore. What can you see and do there? Present your group’s ideas to the class. (Thực hành nói theo nhóm.      Welcome to Radio 3 Nature Programme. Today. I'll talk about Phong Nha- Ke Bans National Park, one of the eight world heritage sites in Viet Nam. It is located in central ofQuang Binh Province, about 500 km south of Ha Noi. the capital of Viet Nam. Thanks to its complex geological structure with different kinds of stone, Phong Nha - Bang can be compared to a huge geological museum. Phong Nha- Ke Bang mountair can provide a lot of valuable information about the Earth's geological developing through various periods. One geological characteristic to notice here is the system underground rivers, grottos and caves in the limestone mountains.

     The park is in an area with a high average rainfall; however, few rivers and streams Cl be seen here because the water is absorbed inside the limestone mountains. As a resiL tens of millions of years, water has been eroding the rocks, creating numerous grottos aril] caves. Phong Nha- Ke Bang is famous for its caves such as Phong Nha, Tien Son and Thien Duong Caves. Son Doong Cave is considered to be the largest one in the worid with 200 metres in height, 200 metres in width, and at least 8.5 kilometres in length.

     Because of its geological value, Phong Nha- Ke Bang was recognised as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2003. I strongly recommend that you find time to visit Phong Nha- Ke Bang Park. It'd be worthwhile exploring its caves and grottos, and seeing the diversity of its flora and fauna. If you enjoy mountain climbing, there are some steep mountains over 1,000 metres high, which can be a real challenge for adventurous climbers.

     Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, recognised as a World Heritage Site, is famous for its cultural value, natural beauty, geological value, and preservation of heritage.

     The most outstanding feature of this site is its cultural value. Archaeologists have discovered signs of human activity dating back almost 30,000 years. With such a long- lasting history, Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex is home to many temples, pagodas, and places of worship.

     The natural beauty of the place with its geological value is another outstanding feati Trang An - Tam Coc - Bich Dong not only has a natural scenic landscape but also is ecological site. Moreover, the area is famous for its magnificient landscape of limest( mountain tops surrounded by valleys and steep rocks.

     As a place of cultural and natural value, Trang An Heritage is well-preserved protected. Visitors are amazed to discover that the site is home to more than 800 speci of flora and fauna.

     Having met UNESCO criteria for outstanding universal value to humanity, Trang Am Scenic Landscape Complex was added to the World Heritage Site List in 2014 as a mixec natural and cultural property.
