Dear Oggy, 
We’re having a fabulous time here in Hoi An. You know, it’s a(n) (1)      ancient/historic      town 30 km from Da Nang. The weather is very (2)      warm      and sunny. Our hotel is small but (3)      comfortable     . The staff are friendly and (4)      helpful     .
We’ve seen most of the sights of the town. The street life here is (5)      fascinating     .
